Hi, I’m Stan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

a solutions’ seeker and developer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I’m happy that you decided to get to know me better!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am an enthusiastic UX\/UI designer based in Berlin with almost 6 years of experience in design field and more than 10 years of working experience over all. I have always choosen interdysciplinary professions needing sensitivity towards others – be it UX\/UI Design, Human Rights Advocacy or Landscape Architecture and Spatial Planning. Working with others and for others brings me joy. And since I strive to learn continuosly – diving into a problem and finding out what needs should be met to solve it satisfies me. I don’t want to be a passive actor in the reality – I want to be a change we all need. With working experience in human rights NGO, public sector, and in private sector, I expand the typical designer skillset with understanding the different environments’ dynamics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My goal, both in life and at job, is to create psychological safety for honest exchange. Only with investing our time, patience and opening up we can constructively agree or disagree with someone. There are no healthy relations in private life, at work or in the society without listening and respectful communication. Hence, one of my hobbies: learning foreign languages. It does not only enrich vocabulary, but with each word, with each described phenomena it broadens ones horizons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By nature, I am an active and energetic person that likes to be in the move, catch new funny facts and get inspired all over. That’s why I am at ease in dynamic environments, where a multangular perspective is needed and fostered. One says that sometimes I daydream, I say that I allow myself to think outside the box. Life’s too exciting to live it plain!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
